Many people struggle with aspects of their lives whether it is regarding emotional, behavioural or social issues. You would be amazed how many people seek the assistance of a therapist to help overcome a problem. It is important that when seeking a therapist you are satisfied that you feel comfortable, safe and know that the work undertaken is strictly confidential.

The only time something would need to be shared is if there was a strong indication that a life was in danger or there was a child protection issue. In these cases I would tell you who I would share the concern with and when. You would also be offered support if this was appropriate and acceptable.

There are many therapies around and some are now more known than others. Personally, I use a combination of Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming and Meridian Therapy.
